Get To Know You Form

1. Adult Presence in the Party Room
Up to two adults are permitted to remain in the party room during the event. We encourage the birthday child’s parents or guardians to fill this role.

2. Child Drop-Off Option
Children attending the party may be dropped off for the duration of the event. BubbleGum Spa staff will supervise and guide all scheduled activities in the party room. Parents or guardians must return promptly at the scheduled end time.

3. Parent Waiting Room
A separate parent waiting room is available for adults who prefer not to remain in the party room. This room may be reserved in advance and, if booked, is reserved exclusively for the group.

4. Strict Start Time Policy
Parties begin exactly at the scheduled start time listed on the reservation. Late arrival by the birthday child or guests will result in reduced activity time and may cause portions of the party to be shortened or missed. Parties cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals due to consecutive bookings throughout the day.

5. Party End Time
All parties must conclude at the scheduled end time. Extensions are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees if available.

6. Arrival and Pick-Up Expectations
All guests are expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of the event. Timely arrival and departure are required to ensure a smooth experience and to allow BubbleGum Spa to maintain its schedule for all parties.

7. Outside Vendors and Early Setup
Outside vendors are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by BubbleGum Spa. Families may bring their own cake, cupcakes, and pizza. If parents wish to bring other food items prior approval is needed. A 15-minute early arrival is permitted for light setup, such as table decorations or helium balloons. Any additional setup time must be scheduled in advance and will result in an additional fee.

8. Gratuity
Gratuity for our party hosts is optional but greatly appreciated. Our team works hard to create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every child, and tips are a thoughtful way to recognize great service at the end of the party.

9. Food and Allergy Policy
Parents or guardians must inform BubbleGum Spa in advance of any food allergies, sensitivities, or medical considerations. BubbleGum Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions related to outside food brought into the party.

10. Photo and Video Use
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for internal or promotional use. Please notify our staff before the party if you do not wish for your child to be included.

Behavior Expectations
All guests are expected to follow staff instructions and behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities without a refund.

Health and Wellness
Children who are ill, have a fever, or show visible signs of sickness should not attend the party. This policy helps protect the health of all guests and staff.

Damage Responsibility
Parents or guardians may be held responsible for any damage caused by their child beyond normal wear and tear.
