No, your child will be fully supervised by our staff. Once the party commences, we will lock the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents to pick up their children
Due to limited space in our party venue, we request that only the birthday child's parents remain on-site. Other parents are kindly asked to either wait outside the building or drop off their child and return just before the party ends. If additional space is needed for parents, a second party room can be booked to accommodate them.
To maintain a controlled and enjoyable environment, only the parents of the birthday child or two designated adults are allowed to stay in the party room during the party. Other adults are welcome to alternate in and out of the room to observe, take pictures, or record videos. Please note that the number of adults in the room should not exceed two at any given time. If this guideline is not adhered to, we may need to temporarily pause the party to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.
Yes, we offer a Parent Waiting Room that can be booked for parents who prefer to stay on-site during the party. This room is available for a fee and provides a comfortable space for parents to wait while the children enjoy their party activities. Please contact us to book this space in advance.
You are welcome to bring outside food to the party with the permission of management, as certain food items may not be permitted. There is an outside food fee applicable for all items except pizza, which can be brought in without any additional fee. Additionally, we offer a menu of various food items that can be pre-selected during the booking process. This allows you to customize the party experience while ensuring all food items meet our venue standards. Please contact us for more information about permissible food items and any associated fees.
If you require more than 15 minutes to decorate the space, please inform us in advance. Depending on the additional time needed, you may need to book and pay for an extra party slot to ensure our staff can assist you during setup.

You are welcome to bring helium balloons that can be tied to chairs or are stand-alone. However, to preserve the quality of our venue, we do not permit taping items to walls or furniture. If you have specific decor ideas or needs, please discuss them with us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate them while ensuring the integrity of our space.
Final numbers are due 2 weeks prior to the party. We will email you 2 weeks before the party asking for the numbers and if there will be any children with special dietary requirements. Total Balance owed must be paid in full 14 days before the party.
Our parties are tightly scheduled for two hours and we cannot extend this duration. If guests arrive late, they may miss some of the activities, such as mini manicures or pedicures. We strongly recommend that all guests arrive on time to enjoy the full experience and participate in all planned activities.
All deposits are Non- Refundable. We can reschedule the date of your party if its more than 1 month away. Any Party NOT paid in full 1 week prior, risks the possibility
of having their party cancelled, NO REFUNDS to any guests that do not show up to the party.
While not obligatory, gratuities are greatly appreciated as they acknowledge the effort and enthusiasm our party hosts put into making each celebration special and fun for the children. If you feel your party host has enhanced your party experience, a gratuity is a wonderful way to show your appreciation.
