Do I need to stay at the party?

No, your child will be fully supervised by our staff. Once the party commences, we will lock the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents to pick up their children

Can parents hang around during the party?

We ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay due to limited space inside our party venue, we ask parents to either wait outside or drop off their child and return to pick them up just before the party ends. Unless second party room is booked out to cater for parents.

When do I need to give the final number of attendees for my child's party?

Final numbers are due 2 weeks prior to the party. We will email you 2 weeks before the party asking for the numbers and if there will be any children with special dietary requirements. Total Balance owed must be paid in full 7 days before the party.

Can I come earlier to set up some decorations for my daughters party?

If you are in need of more than 15 min to Decorate the space you must let us know & possibly pay for party slot prior for staff to be there during set up time, depending on how much time is needed.

What is the Cancellation policy?

All deposits are Non- Refundable. We can reschedule the date of your party if its more than 1 month away. Any Party NOT paid in full 1 week prior, risks the possibility

of having their party cancelled, NO REFUNDS to any guests that do not show up to the party.
